Details:
Lay the chip into position parallel with modules circuit board and muffin top back its locked. Do not over-tighten the screws you might crack plastic on remote they worked perfectly to lock unlock doors and arm disarm alarm.
The installation procedure I used is shown at bottom of this listing. Repeat the process with second remote. Pull the carpet up over seat anchors and down to expose front of cross member.
This looks like a very small ram chip on PC. Using the remote pictured not included in sale. Pull the bracket forward to expose anti-theft unit.
Note the muffin top bumps on side of chip holder. If you're concerned with the screws loosening, use a bit of liquid lock washer on each screw thread. Place one new chip into the slot in same position as old circuit bulge side down and narrower end procedure for my 1992 Saab 900 convertible: This will take a few presses any time the power has been disconnected or falls below certain level but only one press for normal use, button once more to unlock car.
The following installation instructions worked for me. This will loosen the grip on chip and enable it to slide out of its slot. I tested these in a 1992 Saab 900 turbo convertible us model. Remove the two smaller TRX screws holding unit to bracket.

Carefully grip the two muffin top sides of chip holder and slide toward visible end. Note the position of chip in slot. Note: I am in the USA and all information here is based upon us model's. Might want to replace the battery while your in there cr2025.

Carefully remove the chip from remote and replace it with a new. Repeat the process for second remote. Make sure the key ring is around its screw-post and snap back of remote in place, then reinsert two screws.
